Product Care

Caring for your bracelet is caring for our planet!

Why? The longer the life cycle of your Miamor bracelet the less trash we all produce. At Miamor we would like to create memorable moments with you by creating things you enjoy for yourself and like to share with special people.

That is why we at Miamor invested a great amount of time into searching for the right things that make your jewelry. For example but not limited to Semi precious stones, real 925 silver or even 925 silver charms that are rhodium or white gold plated to avoid tarnishing. We want to keep it real and create a better lifestyle with you.

So now that you are the proud owner of a Miamor bracelet (or several), here are a few tips to ensure that you will be able to enjoy it for as long as possible:

  • Always remember to treat your bracelets gently and with care.

  • Never overstretch the elastic band. Roll your bracelet over a closed hand. Please do not stretch it and “rip it off”

  • Remove your bracelets before being exposed to chlorine or salt water, taking a shower or bath. This can lead to the stones becoming dull and charms to lose beauty and the bracelet deteriorating more quickly or let the elastic cord break easier.

  • Remove your bracelet before sleeping and participating in vigorous physical activity.

  • Avoid direct contact with hairspray, makeup, lotion and perfume, and all kinds off acids or chemicals.

  • Store your bracelets in a soft pouch to keep other items from scratching the surface of the beads.

  • To clean your bracelet wipe it with a soft, damp cloth and dry immediately.

  • Never clean rhodium and white gold plated charms with a silver cloth because it will destroy the layer. Rather bring it to a local jeweler helping you to get it into the proper condition again.
